MSE PRO™ Tween-20
The MSE PRO™ Tween-20 is a Tween-type nonionic surfactant derived from sorbitan esters, polyoxyethylene dehydrated sorbitan fatty acid esters. It contains more hydrophilic groups in the molecule and is miscible with water, ethanol, methanol and ethyl acetate, insoluble in liquid paraffin, non-volatile oil and light petroleum.

Applications:
Tween-20 is widely used as an experimental component in biological experiments, such as washing and sealing buffer in Western Blot, washing buffer in ELISA, sealing buffer in immunohistochemistry, etc. It can be added appropriately to increase the cell permeability in yeast protein expression purification; Tween-20 is also a non-ionic decontaminating agent widely used in biochemical applications. It has been used as an emulsifier for the preparation of stabilized oil-in-water emulsions.
