Overview

High-Resolution X-ray Diffraction (HRXRD) is an advanced analytical technique used to characterize the structural properties of crystalline materials with high precision. Testing modes include single-crystal, double-crystal, and four-crystal options, with capabilities for Omega-2 Theta, Phi scan, and Chi scan measurements.
