Overview
In-situ Raman Spectroscopy is an advanced analytical technique used to monitor structural and chemical changes in materials in real-time under specific environmental conditions, such as during heating, cooling, pressurization, or chemical reactions. It provides molecular-level insights by detecting vibrational modes of molecules, allowing researchers to study reaction mechanisms, phase transitions, and material properties. This technique is widely used in catalysis, energy storage, semiconductor research, and material science, offering valuable data for understanding dynamic processes.
Testing Range
Excitation wavelengths include 325 nm, 532 nm, 633 nm, and 785 nm. The temperature can reach up to 1000°C, and the testing atmospheres include N₂, O₂, NO, NH₃, SO₂, and others.
Instrument Models: HORIBA LabRAM HR Evolution, Renishaw inVia Reflex
