The MSE PRO™ Horizontal Pulse Vacuum Autoclave repeatedly creates a vacuum and fills the sterilization chamber with steam to achieve a specific vacuum level. It then introduces saturated steam to reach the set pressure and temperature, ensuring effective sterilization of the items inside. It is suitable for all wrapped or unwrapped solid instrument, A-class cavity instrument (dental hand-pieces and endoscopes), implantable instrument, dressing fabric and rubber tubes, etc.

• Advanced Sterilization Monitoring: Equipped with a 7-inch color LCD touch screen displaying temperature, pressure, operating status, fault alarms, and solutions, alongside a standard micro printer for sterilization data output.

• Efficient Vacuum Drying System: Achieves a vacuum degree of up to -92kpa, ensuring residual humidity of devices doesn't exceed 0.25% and dressings remain below 1%.

• Safety and Reliability: Includes a full protective door cover to prevent burns, a multi-point pressing structure for secure closure, and a triple-layer safety interlock with over-temperature and over-pressure protection.

• Ease of Maintenance and Operation: Features a quick-release side and top cover for easy maintenance and cleaning, and operates fully autonomously from water injection to drying with no manual intervention required.

• Integrated Steam Generation: Built-in high-speed steam generator eliminates the need for an external steam source, saving time and effort, and includes a mobile temperature sensor for laboratory-specific requirements.
