MSE PRO™ Agar
The MSE PRO™ Agar powder is a class of alginate extracted from lithophyllum and other red algae plants, consisting of two parts: agarose and agar pectin. It is a heterogeneous mixture of small agar and smaller molecules. It forms support structures in the cell walls of some algae and is released at boiling. It is very easily dispersed into a sol in boiling water, insoluble in cold water, gradually dissolved in hot water in the form of a gel, the sol solution has a neutral reaction.
