MSE PRO™ Aluminon
The MSE PRO™ Aluminum reagent, also known as rosaceous tricarboxylic acid triammonium, gold essence tricarboxylic acid is slightly soluble in ethanol, almost insoluble in ethyl ether, acetone and chloroform, and is easily polymerized in aqueous solution to form stable free radicals, which inhibit protein-nucleic acid interactions. It is an effective inhibitor of ribonuclease and topoisomerase II by preventing the binding of nucleic acids to the enzyme.

Applications:
Complexometric titration indicator for the determination of aluminum in water, food and tissues, including soft water, baking powder, mordant, paper pulp, tanning, pigment manufacture, copper plating, clarifying agents, etc. Reagent for color layer analysis. Has been used as a nuclease inhibitor to study its effect on transfection.
