The MSE PRO™ These antibiotic and antimycobacterial mixtures are prepared aseptically using the finest quality materials and are gamma irradiated to ensure sterility. The dry mixtures or lyophilized powders come in amber serum bottles with multiple syringe stoppers for easy handling of liquids by syringe. Simply compound the powder with the recommended volume of sterile tissue culture grade water. Each reagent has been tested for compatibility with standard tissue culture systems and will remain stable for over one year when stored as recommended. All powders and solutions should be stored at 4°C unless otherwise noted. Aseptically prepared and gamma irradiated to ensure sterility. Functionally tested for compatibility with standard tissue culture systems. Contains 10 mg/mL ampicillin when reconstituted in 20 mL of sterile water.
