The MSE PRO™ Casein Amino Acid (Casein Hydrolyzate), Casein egg amino acids are organic substances that are obtained by degrading casein with hydrochloric acid to obtain casein acid hydrolysis products. Vitamins and other growth-promoting compounds are heavily destroyed in the process. However, it is a rich source of amino acids as well as a source of nitrogen.
