Applications:
Used for buffer system preparation in biochemical experiments, can be used for RIPA, TE, RP and other buffer preparation; used for IgG resin washing and balancing; used as an inhibitor of metalloproteinases and metal-activated proteases; used as a chelating agent for divalent cations such as calcium and magnesium. It has anticoagulant effect; used for inhibiting enzyme metal capacity, calibrating polyamide gel columns and separating oligonucleotides.
