MSE PRO™ Nickel/Chromium (Ni/Cr 80/20 wt.%) Pellets (6mm Diameter x 6mm Length) Evaporation Materials
Nickel-chromium-based alloys (Ni-Cr) are known for their excellent corrosion resistance and favorable electrical properties. They are common in electronic industrial applications such as integrated circuit and thin-film resistors manufacturing due to their unique electrical properties and the ability to adjust them using methods like composition altering. Ni20Cr shows high resistivity with a near-zero temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR), and the gauge factor of these also shows a very low dependence on temperature, making it a good transducer material for resistive strain gauge production. Evaporated Ni20Cr coating is widely used for resistors, potentiometers, fusible links, read-only memories, capacitive humidity sensors and to provide corrosion resistance for a variety of materials.
The dimensions and purities can be customized upon request. Please contact us for customization or bulk orders.
