    Praseodymium Nitrate Hexahydrate (Pr(NO3)3 · 6H2O) is a green rare earth salt. It is used in optical glasses, photo-optical materials and electrical components. It is also used as catalysts and laboratory reagents. It is a major starting materials to make other praseodymium complexes and compounds such as La2O2S and Pr2Mo3O12.
