    Thulium Oxide, Tm2O3, is the important dopant for silica-based fibre amplifiers, and also have specialized uses in ceramics, glass, phosphors, lasers. It is used in the manufacturing of portable X-ray transmission device, as a nuclear reactor control material and as an efficient biosensor in the field of medicinal chemistry.
