Summary
- Rabbit anti-Marburg GP pAb Biotinylated; affinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody reactive to MARV GP. The antibody detects GP in virus-like particles (VLP) and recombinant MARV GP without the transmembrane region (rGPΔTM) in Western blot and ELISA. Purified rabbit polyclonal antibody reactive to MARV GP was conjugated with biotin. This was purified from unconjugated biotin by diafiltration.
- Immunogen/ Target Pathogen: Peptide sequence to Marburg virus (MARV) glycoprotein (GP). Sequence is specific to the GP2 subunit.
