MSE PRO Cellulase
SKU: BO0104
MSE PRO™ Cellulase
The MSE PRO™ Cellulases are a class of enzymes that synergistically hydrolyze cellulose. Aspergillus riparius is a widely studied cellulase complex. Capable of breaking down cellulose, they are mainly produced by certain microorganisms, fungi and plants. These enzymes are able to break down cellulose into smaller cellulose monomers or oligosaccharides, making it easier to degrade and utilize.
