MSE PRO Grade 702 Zirconium (Zr) Pellets Evaporation Materials
SKU: TA4717
MSE PRO™ Grade 702 Zirconium (Zr) Pellets Evaporation Materials
Zirconium (Zr) is a slivery white metal. It is extremely corrosion resistant due to the formation of a stable zirconium oxide film on the surface. It is also resistant to acids (with the exception of HF) and alkali. It is often used in the chemical industry where corrosive conditions are present and during the construction of nuclear reactors. It is evaporated under vacuum for the manufacturing of semiconductors, coatings, and data storage devices.
