Indium Tin Oxide Yellow (In2O3:SnO2 or ITO) nano-powder is a transparent conductive film semiconductor with good stable chemical and thermal properties, has good adhesion, and graphics etching properties on substrates. One use of ITO coatings is on LED chips to normalize the injection current of the LED to increase electronic active performance. In addition, LED light conversion efficiency increases. ITO is also applied to touch screens used as a transparent conductive film, and conductive pastes.
