The MSE PRO™ L-Glutamine is a basic amino acid, involved in the biosynthesis of the digestive tract mucosal mucin component glucosamine, promote the repair of mucosal epithelial tissues, can promote brain metabolism through the blood-brain barrier to improve brain function, and glutamic acid, as the same as the brain metabolism of the important nutrients. It is soluble in water, odorless, non-toxic, almost insoluble in methanol, ethanol, ether, benzene, acetone, ethyl acetate, chloroform and ethanol ethyl ester. Stable in neutral solution, easily decomposed into glutamine alcohol or propyl esterified to pyrrole carboxyl alcohol in alcohol, alkali or hot water.
