Applications:

Nitrotetrazolium Blue Chloride is a substrate for dehydrogenase and other peroxidases, and one of the substrates for alkaline phosphatase, which is used in immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry and protein blotting. It is used for the determination of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase; it is also a precipitation reagent for coagulation factor I.
