MSE Supplies offers Nozzle Type Ionizer in compact size and lightweight. It consists of a high-voltage generator and a discharge electrode (ion needle). High voltage is applied through the tip of the ion needle, creating corona discharge to ionize the air into a large number of positive and negative ions, which are then blown onto the surface of objects through the airflow to achieve the effect of neutralizing static electricity. Nozzle type is ideal for applications where localized static elimination is essential, such as in electronics manufacturing for neutralizing charges on individual components or workstations.
