The MSE PRO™ Reverse Transcriptase, Recombinant, HIV, Chromatographically purified heterodimer consisting of 66kDa and 51kDa subunits. Supplied as a solution of 10 mM potassium dihydrogen phosphate (pH 7.4), 1 mM DTT and 20% glycerol. Primarily used in AIDS research; in other applications, such as preparation of cDNA from mRNA for cloning, this enzyme does not have the same fidelity as AMV enzyme.
