Applications:

Nanostructured Rhodium (Rh) is ubiquitous in heterogeneous catalysis, playing a huge role in the refinement of petroleum, the production of fine chemicals and energy generation via fuel cell technology. Moreover, Rh-based catalysts are especially stable for use under harsh reaction conditions because of its strong resistance to the etching of acid/base and heat. Rh nanoparticles have found many catalytic applications, particularly in hydrogenation and hydroformylation reactions owing to their specific catalytic properties.
