The MSE PRO™ Ribonuclease is inhibited by heavy metal ions and competitively inhibited by DNA. Since Molecular Biology Grade RNase A is essentially free of Dnase and protease activity, the product can be used to remove RNA from DNA when other enzymes are used or when intact proteins must be recovered.
