The MSE PRO™ Ribonuclease A, Purified Solution is inhibited by heavy metal ions and competitively inhibited by DNA. Since Molecular Biology Grade RNase A is essentially free of DNase and protease activity, it is suitable for removing RNA from DNA in nucleic acid work, as well as for situations where other enzymes are used or where intact proteins must be recovered.
