The MSE PRO™ Disodium hydrogen phosphate heptahydrate is an inorganic salt. It is easily weathered in air, soluble in water and insoluble in alcohol. The aqueous solution has a slightly alkaline reaction. It can be used to make buffers, and the powder is also used as an anti-caking additive. It extends cooking time and is used as a thickener for desserts and puddings. Sodium hydrogen phosphate is widely used in detergents and cleaning agents.
