MSE PRO™ Tricine
The MSE PRO™ Tricine is an amphoteric ionic amino acid with an effective buffer range of pH 7.8 to 8.8.It has a lower negative charge than glycine, allowing it to migrate faster. In addition its high ionic strength results in more ionic movement and less protein movement. This allows low molecular weight proteins to be separated in low percentage acrylamide gels.
