MSE PRO™ Tween-80
The MSE PRO™ Tween 80 is an oleate and a nonionic surfactant. Polyoxyethylene dehydrated sorbitol fatty acid ester. Soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, cotton seed oil, corn oil, ethyl acetate, methanol and toluene, insoluble in mineral oil. Becomes gelatinous at low temperatures and recovers when heated.

Applications:
Used as stabilizer and foaming aid in the production of polyurethane foam. It can be used as antistatic agent in synthetic fiber. It is the intermediate of chemical fiber oiling agent. Used as wetting agent and dispersing agent in the production of movie film from photographic materials. Emulsified silicone oil in the process of fabric waterproofing, used in nylon and viscose cord as oil and water-soluble emulsifier, often mixed with S-81. Used as emulsifier, anti-waxing agent, thick oil wetting, drag reducing agent, near-well zone treatment agent in oil field; used as lubricating coolant for precision machine tool modulation.
